Our trainings—behavioral and technical—ensure that every employee has the chance to benefit from that top-notch education. Cairn adheres to a mixed learning style both literally and metaphorically. You will continuously be challenged at Cairn through learning on the job, frequently in new tasks. Through knowledgeable in-person classroom instruction and a vast library of top-notch online trainings that target developmental requirements and prepare you to do your job and more, better, you will accelerate your learning curve.

We are proud of the INAS Learning Expedition (ILE), a special programme. This is a distinctive capability-building effort in which employees are chosen each year to travel to world-class businesses to study best practises in fields relevant to us in order to maximise output and company growth.
Another initiative aiming at enhancing leadership capacity in the oil and gas economy of the new era is INAS Leadership Initiative for Managerial and Business Excellence (Climb (e)). For high potential applicants, this programme lasts six months and consists of leadership encounters that expose participants to the strategic thought processes of seasoned executives as well as blended learning on executive leadership themes. In the 2018–19 academic year, more than 100 INAS employees will finish this intervention.
